null;hoops

privacy

There is one place on this site where you can give us anything: the inquiry field. This page describes exactly what happens to it. If something here is ever untrue of what the system actually does, that is a bug, and we want to hear about it.

WHAT WE KEEP

That is the whole record. No name, no location, no browser or device details.

WHY

So we can reply to you. That is the only reason your address is stored, and we will not use it for anything else — no newsletter, no marketing list, no product updates you did not ask for.

HOW LONG

24 months from the day you submit it. A job runs every day and deletes anything past that date automatically — it is not a promise to tidy up later. If you ask us to remove you sooner, we do it when we read the message.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

Nobody. We do not share, sell, or rent it, and there is nothing on this site that would let anyone else collect it: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, no embedded third-party scripts of any kind.

To be complete: the site runs on infrastructure we rent, so two suppliers necessarily hold the data in order to run it — Vercel (hosting) and Neon (the database). They process it on our instructions to operate the service and for nothing else. It is stored separately from every other system we run, under a credential that can read and write this one list and reach nothing else.

HAVING IT REMOVED

Email privacy@nulllimit.gg and say you want your address deleted. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to prove anything beyond writing from the address in question. We delete the row and confirm. You can also ask what we hold about you — the answer will be the three items above, or nothing at all.

WHO WE ARE

null;hoops is a product of Null Limit, based in Australia, and is the data controller for what you submit here. For anything privacy-related, write to privacy@nulllimit.gg.
